Leading lawyers from bpv Hügel Attorneys at Law have played a key role in the newly issued handbook on the stock company (2nd edition, 2017, editor: Gratzl, Hausmaninger, Justich, publisher: LexisNexis). The BAI Bauträger Group has EUR 1.7bn real estate investment volume and a 440,000 sqm development portfolio. BAI was sold by UniCredit Bank Austria to a joint venture of SIGNA and investor group. bpv Hügel advised the management of the target in the course of the transaction.
