09 February 2022. bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA advised the Scandinavian private equity investor FSN Capital on the transaction involving the acquisition of Mantis Group, a leading international WMS / logistics software and solutions vendor.

FSN Capital holds in its portfolio Ecovium, a German logistics IT specialist company that has acquired Mantis Group throw a transaction involving a “first-out/second-out” refinancing of Ecovium through credit lines provided by a credit fund and a bank. The transaction will help Ecovium to grow and become an international provider of sustainable logistics solutions as Mantis Group operates in more than 30 countries worldwide, and its flagship Logistics Vision Suite is probably the only WMS/logistics software suite in the world that can be easily adapted for companies with sophisticated warehousing & distribution operations and automation.

Our team advised on the due diligence of the Romanian operations and on certain parts of the acquisition and financing documentation (including warranty and indemnity insurance). The team included technology transaction lawyer Catalin Grigorescu (Partner) and Tania Hotca (Associate).
