bpv Grigorescu Stefanica advised Wienerberger, the largest producer of bricks and ceramic blocks in Romania, in the latest transaction in which Wienerberger acquired the business related to a brick factory in Berca, Buzău, owned by Search Chemicals, a company with headquarters in Constanta.
