The publication highlights bpv Huegel’s role advising on antitrust matters some of the year’s biggest deals and litigations:

“bpv Huegel is widely considered to have one of Austria’s leading competition teams and frequently appears on the counsel list for some of the biggest deals affecting the country. The firm hired Counsel Kajetan Rozga from Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York in the past year, adding nearly a decade of US antitrust experience.

Firms’ rankings in each jurisdiction are based on periodic country surveys, in which GCR’s reporters meet with leading private practitioners and top enforcers to identify the latest shifts in competition law.  The market intelligence obtained through this research, coupled with more than 20 years of daily reporting on competition matters around the world, feeds into these periodic competition bar surveys.
