Thomas Lettau is partner and co-head of the Corporate/M&A practice group at bpv Huegel. He specialises in national and international M&A transactions, private equity and joint ventures and (cross border) reorganisations. He also provides high-level, strategic advice to the boards and senior management of companies.

• Advising RWA eGen on acquiring approximately 47.53% of RWA AG shares from BayWa AG for €176 million, increasing its total stake to around 97.52%
• Advising EAVISTA Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH on its acquisition of 75.1% of the shares in card complete Service Bank AG from UniCredit Bank Austria AG (50.1%) and Raiffeisen-Invest-Gesellschaft m.b.H. (25%), a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG
• Advising RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria on the sale of its share in AUSTRIA JUICE, a major manufacturer of fruit juice concentrates, to AGRANA
• Advising STRABAG SE on acquiring parts of the VAMED Group, including technical operations management and construction project divisions of Vienna General Hospital (AKH Wien), Austrian project development, and thermal spa holdings in Austria, from the German Fresenius Group as one of the major carve out transactions in the course of Fresenius are fully exiting VAMED Group
• Advising ISS Austria, a subsidiary of the Danish ISS group, on the acquisition of med-serv gmbh with more than 230 employees
• Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 on the sale of share in Energie Steiermark to the Province of Styria for a purchase price of EUR 525 million
• Triton and management on the sale of the dogado group to Cinven and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board
• WOJNAR on the sale of a majority stake to VIVATIS Holding AG

• BAWAG P.S.K. on the acquisition of start:bausparkasse/IMMO-BANK from the Volksbanken Group
