Further boost: bpv Huegel wins Andrea Zinober, an experienced specialist in Unfair Competition and Distribution Law

Andrea Zinober joins bpv Huegel from Northcote.Recht. As proficient Business Lawyer, she specialises in distribution and unfair competition law and is now the fourth new arrival since the beginning of the year to foster bpv Huegel’s recent expansion.

07 July 2021. Andrea Zinober (49) has specialised in unfair competition, distribution and general corporate law for many years. At bpv Huegel, she will assume the responsibility for the firms unfair competition law practice and further built and enhance bpv Huegel’s existing practice.

Andrea Zinober can already look back to a successful and long-standing career. She has been advising national and international companies for over 15 years and has extensive experience in the area of unfair competition, distribution and marketing related legal matters. Born in Salzburg, she provides ongoing advice in general commercial and contract law and assists in the areas of online and offline advertising in connection with unfair competition law issues, in the implementation of selective distribution systems and represents clients before courts and authorities. Her excellent industry know-how in the automotive industry as well as her international education and experience are particularly noteworthy.
