SLEU Limited sells Speedfit, a budget-friendly fitness club chain in Austria, to Basic-Fit.
15 September 2026. bpv Huegel advised SLEU Limited on the sale of Speedfit to the Dutch fitness chain Basic-Fit.
Speedfit’s business model focuses on providing high-quality gym infrastructure at highly competitive, entry-level prices. The company currently operates 18 fitness clubs with approx. 36,000 members across Austria.
bpv Huegel assisted SLEU Limited throughout the transaction and advised on the negotiation of the sale. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
