bpv Huegel supported Cloudflight Austria GmbH, a Deutsche Beteiligungs AG company, in the acquisition of the Upper Austrian mobile agreements GmbH, a successful and leading company with a focus on digital strategy and business model development. 

06 September 2022. The bpv Huegel team led by Elke Napokoj advised Cloudflight, which belongs to Deutsche Beteiligung AG, on the acquisition of the family-owned mobile agreements GmbH. The bpv Huegel team provided comprehensive advice to the Cloudflight team, including deal structuring, contract drafting, contract negotiations and all steps up to the closing.
