Bpv Hügel advised OMV-subsidiary Gas Connect Austria on transferring the Trans Austria Gaspipeline (TAG) and its corresponding branch of activity to the Austro-Italian joint venture TAG GmbH by way of an asset deal. Comprising 380 km, TAG Pipeline is the longest gas pipeline in Austria.
