Thomas Lettau (co-head of bpv Huegel’s M&A practice) and Alexander Demuth (Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal) – On the basis of typical M&A litigation, legal and valuation issues of damages are examined and insights into the forensic practice of establishing a breach of contract are given.
