Antitrust law is subject to constant development – which makes it all the more important to know its limitations, but also its possibilities. The seminar series on antitrust law under the general technical management of Florian Neumayr, Co-Managing Partner of bpv Huegel, will provide the necessary overview.
On April 25 and 26 2022, leading experts will share first-hand knowledge, talk about current decisions at national and international level, highlight the role of sustainability in competition law and explain new developments such as the new distribution antitrust law.
In the second part of the seminar series “Update and Special Issues”, decisions and innovations relevant to companies in competition and in supplier and customer relationships will be highlighted.
The speakers will be Heinz Ludwig Majer, Federal Cartel Prosecutor, Lukas Cavada and Anastasios Xeniadis from the Federal Competition Authority, Sonja Köller-Thier, chairwoman of an antitrust panel at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, and Gerhard Fussenegger and Florian Neumayr, antitrust specialists at bpv Hügel.
