RuSt 2025 – Kick-off in Loipersdorf!

Today marks the start of the annual forum for law with the NEXTGen Day, organized by Business Circle – and for the first time at its new location in Loipersdorf. We are on board as an Ambassador.

Final day at RuSt Klassik 2025 – and what a strong finish!

Even on the final day, the agenda was packed with insightful presentations and in-depth discussions.

Our partner Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber, together with Martin Viciano-Gofferje (Gleiss Lutz), delivered a highly relevant presentation on “Gun Jumping – Standstill Obligations in Transactions”.
A compelling insight into the antitrust challenges with a practical focus and clear recommendations for action.
