Vienna / Mödling, 12 October 2017. For twenty first years, leading lawyers and tax experts meet and network at the “RuSt in Rust” every year. This year’s Annual Law and Tax Forum will be held on 12 and 13 October. Lawyers of bpv Hügel present the current topics “legal protection in tax matters” and “liability risks from knowledge attribution in case of corporate acquisitions ” as well as the “Update on Corporate and Capital Market Developments”.

The lecture by Elke Napokoj, partner at bpv Hügel, together with Christof-Ulrich Goldschmidt, partner at the international law firm Clifford Chance, Frankfurt, deals with the topic “liability risks from knowledge attribution in case of corporate acquisitions”.
