Vienna, March 2017. Leading lawyers from bpv Hügel Attorneys at Law have played a key role in the newly issued handbook on the stock company (2nd edition, 2017, editor: Gratzl, Hausmaninger, Justich, publisher: LexisNexis). The book deals with all important aspects of the stock company, whereby publishers and authors put special emphasis on practical orientation and relevance.
