At a real estate conference on 20 March 2019, Ingmar Etzersdorfer, Attorney at Law at bpv Huegel, will give an overview on similarities and material differences related to maintenance obligations and improvements under the Austrian Tenancy Act (MRG), Austrian Condominium Act (WEG) and Cooperative Act (WGG). Judge Cornelius Riedl and Ingmar Etzersdorfer will share their legal and practical know-how on topics such as the latest revisionof the WGG, the applicable concepts regarding the duty of maintenance and their limits under the different Acts. This conference is particularly recommended for lawyers, employees of cooperatives, landlords as well as property managers.

Ingmar Etzersdorfer and retired Honorary Professor Helmut Würth, Hofrat des VwGH are co-authors of a supplementary volume to the 23rd edition of the MANZ Short Commentary on Tenancy and Residential Law – a standard reference – that was published after the most recent revision  of the WGG in 2016.
