NEXTGen Day – RuSt 2024: be a legal changemaker!
Partner Sonja Dürager moderates the tech panel “Legal Innovation as a Mindset for Lawyers in the AI Revolution” together with Alisha Andert, This is Legal Design/Legal Tech Association Germany, Paul Eberstaller, University of Vienna and Martin Ivanov, ARAG.

Our partner Nicolas Wolski and Johannes Mitterecker together with Philipp Herold, GoStudent GmbH, are moderating the workshop “Basics of Private Equity & Venture Capital Deals”

Further bpv Huegel contributions/lectures will follow in the next days in the course of the “classic RuSt”.

17 October 2024: Another day full of input and insights around current legal matters. 

This year, our partners Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber and Christoph Nauer are once again an integral part of the forum:

Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber, partner and head of the competition law practice at bpv Huegel, joined Natalie Harsdorf-Borsch, Director General for Competition at the Austrian Federal Competition Authority, and Tobias Haar, General Counsel of Aleph Alpha GmbH, Heidelberg, to discuss “new developments in competition law,” covering topics ranging from competition issues in digital marketplaces to the question of recourse claims for cartel fines against management.

Christoph Nauer, corporate and capital markets partner at bpv Huegel, held the update workshop on “Update Capital Market Compliance” together with Heidrun Meichenitsch-Rasinger, FMA.

Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber, partner and head of the competition law practice at bpv Huegel, as well as Florian Plattner, also partner at bpv Huegel, were honoured during the champagne reception for her 20th anniversary as an expert speaker and the 15 years of participation at the RuSt.
