bpv Legal | Czech Republic assisted Redside in its sale of Avenir E building

March 11, 2019. bpv BRAUN PARTNERS was involved in advising REDSIDE, a fund management company, in the sale of Avenir E, a grade A office building located in the established office hub of Nove Butovice in Prague 5. The building was acquired by the investment company Investika.

bpv BRAUN PARTNERS provided legal services to REDSIDE on the sell side in the form of assistance during the due diligence, negotiation and drafting of the transaction documentation. Miroslav Dudek (partner) and Gabriela Porupková (of counsel) led the team with further support from Pavlína Tejralová (senior associate).

Avenir E is a stand-alone office building within the Avenir Business Park complex. The 6,700 sqm building was completed in 2008 and received the Best of Realty award that year. The building is made up of five upper floors of office accommodation and provides generous parking facilities. Avenir E is easily accessible by public transportation and by car and its location offers the full range of amenities within walking distance.

bpv BRAUN PARTNERS was joined by other advisors to the seller: JLL (commercial advisors), ASB Group (financial and tax advisors) and Sentient (technical advisors). The buyer received legal advice from Wilsons, financial and tax advice from TPA and technical advice from OM Consulting.
