bpv Legal | Czech Republic advised Conseq Realitní on the acquisition of an administrative and commercial complex in Prague’s Holešovice area

February 14, 2019.  bpv BRAUN PARTNERS was involved in advising the investment fund Conseq Realitní on the acquisition of A7 Office Center, an administrative and commercial complex in Prague – Holešovice, from Revetas Capital. bpv BRAUN PARTNERS provided legal services during the due diligence and negotiation phase for the transaction and financing documentation. Miroslav Dudek (partner) and Gabriela Porupková (of counsel) led the team with support from David Vosol (partner), Pavlína Tejralová (associate) and Zuzana Štěpánková (associate).

The transaction was completed in January 2019 for an undisclosed total transaction value.

The A7 Office Center offers office space and commercial premises in four buildings with a total of 15,150 m² and 197 convenient parking spots. The facility is made up of the renovated Holešovice brewery, called První měšťanský pivovar, renovated brewery administrative building and two new buildings that together form an architecturally unique complex combining office space and commercial premises with load-bearing elements from the late 19th century. Current tenants include CZECH NEWS CENTER, Ahold Czech Republic, DM drogerie, and Megapixel.

bpv BRAUN PARTNERS was joined by other advisors to the buyer: Cushman & Wakefield (commercial advisors), KPMG (financial and tax advisors) and Sentient (technical advisors). The seller received legal advice from CMS and commercial advice from CBRE.
