bpv Legal/Tschechien supports the financing of a new business center in Bratislava

March 21, 2017. bpv BRAUN PARTNERS has advised the Austrian Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG in extending a credit facility of EUR 32 million for the development of a new Einsteinova Business Centre, in Bratislava. The developers of the project, S IMMO AG, an Austrian real estate investment company, and its local partners KRON Real s.r.o. and SJP Invest, s. r. o., are building a new, Class-A green business center consisting of two towers with a net rentable area of more than 23 thousand sqm and 700 parking places. Einsteinova Business Center will be located in a unique place on the right bank of the Danube river, just next to the park Janka Kráľa. This vibrant location has the potential to attract many companies wishing to lease office space.
Igor Augustinič, team leader for the project and partner in bpv BRAUN PARTNERS, commented: “We are very pleased to have successfully supported the leading bank in Austria with all legal issues related to the development financing of such an interesting project.”

The legal services covered the drafting of credit and security documentation with its negotiation, as well as due diligence of the project itself.

Štěpánková and a junior associate Daniela Benčová cooperating on the project.
