bpv Legal | Romania assisted Fair Value Com, the most important Romanian company implementing SAP solutions, in the transaction with S&T Romania

September 2018. bpv Grigorescu Stefanica assisted Fair Value Com, a Romanian company with a turnover of over RON 11 million in 2017, in the transaction through which it was entirely taken over by S&T Romania, the local subsidiary of the renowned Austrian system provider and software integrator. The latter has thus gained leadership on the SAP software solutions implementations market in Romania.

 

Fair Value Com, a wholly Romanian owned company, has dominated the segment of private companies using SAP solutions in the past 13 years since its establishment, providing them with the implementation and maintenance of these solutions. Although the company’s activity was supported by a relatively small number of employees, reaching 19 employees in 2017, Fair Value managed to develop an impressive portfolio of clients, providing 35 SAP implementations in 5 different industries.

 

The legal advice for Fair Value Com in this transaction was ensured by Alexandru Rusu, Partner at bpv Grigorescu Stefanica, through the legal support provided in the review and negotiation of transaction documents. The transaction concluded over the course of a couple of weeks between July and August 2018.
