bpv Legal | Czech Republic advised IMMOFINANZ on the STOP SHOP expansion with acquisition of two retail parks from Mitiska REIM

18. December 2020. bpv Braun Partners acted for long-standing client IMMOFINANZ on the STOP SHOP expansion with acquisition of two retail parks in Litvínov and Horní Měcholupy in Prague from Mitiska REIM.

The two retail parks in the Czech cities of Prague and Litvinov with 14,700 sqm in total increase the STOP SHOP portfolio of IMMOFINANZ in this country to 12 locations with nearly 88,000 sqm of rentable space. The transaction was closed in December 2020.
