Andrea Zinober (52) has been part of the bpv Huegel team since 2021. With this appointment, bpv Huegel strengthens its group of partners in the areas of unfair commercial practices law (UWG), distribution law and general corporate law.
22 January 2024. Andrea Zinober was appointed partner as of January 2024. Andrea is a recognised expert with decades of expertise in unfair commercial practices law (UWG), distribution law and general corporate law. As part of her wide-ranging advisory expertise, she has been advising national and international companies comprehensively in these areas for almost 20 years.

In particular, the Salzburg native advises companies on a regular basis in general commercial and contract law and provides support in all matters relating to online and offline advertising in competition law issues, in the implementation of selective and other distribution systems and represents clients before courts and administrative authorities. She has many years of experience in the field of automotive distribution, the defence of guarantee and warranty claims, the drafting and negotiation of supply agreements and in particular also represents clients in numerous proceedings in diesel cases.
