bpv Huegel pushes the Real Estate Sector with another Partner

As Partner and Co-Head Dominik Geyer strengthens the rapidly growing consulting field of real estate law.

21 August 2019. Dominik Geyer (35) is now Partner and Co-Head with Michaela Pelinka (38), Partner since 2015, leading the Real Estate division at bpv Huegel. With the real estate and insolvency law specialist Georg Rupprecht in Austria, bpv Huegel now has a total of three partners in the fast-growing consulting field of real estate law, which is distinguished in particular by bpv Legal’s offices in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia with top international expertise in the CEE region.

The firm advises mainly on international and national real estate transactions, project developments, large-volume property development projects and all legal issues relating to the management, optimisation and restructuring of portfolios. Its strength lies in the cooperated advice, in particular with corporate law and M&A, tax law, public construction law, financing, capital market law and insolvency law. This covers the entire spectrum of the real estate industry.

Dominik Geyer, who was born in Carinthia, specialises in real estate and corporate law and advises investors, project developers and real estate funds on purchase and sales transactions, project developments and large-volume property development projects.

He started his career as a trainee lawyer at bpv Huegel in 2007 and has been working as a lawyer for the firm in Mödling since 2013.
