03 January 2025. Barbara Valente (31) starts as attorney at law at bpv Huegel as of January 2025. She works in the practice groups Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets and Financing & Regulation. Barbara Valente began her career at bpv Huegel in 2014 as paralegal and most recently worked as an associate.
In recent years, Barbara Valente has worked on high-profile transactions of the firm, making a significant contribution to its success. In the area of finance and regulation, Barbara Valente has a particular compliance focus on the Beneficial Owners Register Act.

Barbara Valente studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (LL.M. 2019, LL.B. 2017). During her master’s degree, she studied at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Joint Certificate in International and Business Law) as part of the Themis programme. She advises not only in German and English, but also in Italian.
