Christoph Nauer, Partner at bpv Huegel, hold a lecture regarding the implications of EU Sanctions on shareholder rights.
Corporate law experts met at the Vienna Corporate Law Day (Wiener Unternehmensrechtstag) last week and discussed the effects of public law regulations on company law. The 12th Vienna Corporate Law Day at the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) dealt with these and numerous other relevant legal issues.
This symposium, led by Susanne Kalss, professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and Ulrich Torggler, professor at the University of Vienna, was organised in collaboration with the B&C Private Foundation. The dialogue between science and practice should further develop and improve the legal framework for companies.
The five speakers discussed the topics of banking company law, insurance, supply chain law in corporate groups, as well as sanctions law and investment control law.
