Stefan is an associate in the Competition and Antitrust and Dispute Resolution practice group.

After completing his master’s degree, Stefan worked as a university assistant (prae doc) at the Department of Information and Intellectual Property Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and completed his doctorate with an award-winning dissertation on the abuse of market power in the digital space. After working at the Austrian Takeover Commission, he was a post-doc at the Institute for Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Vienna, where he habilitated in 2023 (venia docendi: corporate and commercial law, civil law).

Stefan is the author of numerous publications and regularly lectures on competition and intellectual property law. He teaches at the University of Vienna and is an examiner in the field of commercial and business law.
