Sabine Fehringer has extensive experience in the fields of information technology, digitalization, data protection, telecommunications, intellectual property law, new media and advertising law. 

She focuses on research and development projects for industrial partners, research institutes and universities, all kinds of technology transfer projects, university spin-offs, licensing including distribution law aspects, outsourcing projects, telecommunications projects (e.g. regulatory and contractual aspects when a new provider enters the market), IP/IT-related support for corporate transactions.
