His mandates include:

  • Numerous debtor representations in various industries
  • Assistance in out-of-court corporate restructuring to avoid insolvency
  • Ongoing advice and representation of several banks and credit institutions in connection with non-performing obligations of domestic and foreign clients
  • Representation of domestic and foreign companies in insolvency-specific court proceedings, e.g. in questions of refunding deposits or contesting insolvency proceedings
  • Enforcement of claims for segregation and separation of creditors in various insolvency proceedings
  • Ongoing handling of real estate projects of several property developers from the purchase of the property to construction and sale
