Anna Sophie Brunner is an associate in the Competition and Antitrust practice group and specialises in European and Austrian competition law, merger control and antitrust law.

CV
Anna Sophie Brunner studied law at the University of Vienna, graduating in 2025 (Mag. iur.) with a specialisation in medical law. Afterwards, she completed her court clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna.
Whilst studying, she worked as a paralegal in the Competition Law practice group at bpv Huegel from 2024 onwards, where she has already contributed to significant competition law cases. Before joining bpv Huegel, Anna gained valuable experience through internships and as a legal trainee at renowned law firms in Vienna and Munich.
