Andrea Zinober has been advising national and international companies for over 15 years and has extensive experience in the areas of unfair competition law, sales and marketing. She has many years of experience in the field of automotive industry, distribution agreements, the defense of guarantee and warranty claims, the drafting and negotiation of supplier agreements and also with litigation in emission matters.

She provides ongoing advice on general commercial and contract law and support in the areas of online and offline advertising as well as in the implementation of selective distribution systems. She also represents clients before courts and public authorities.

Education
Andrea Zinober studied at the University of Vienna and at the Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (Erasmus). After completing her judicial practice, she completed a Master’s degree at the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussels) in International and Comparative Law (1997/1998). She has been a registered lawyer since 2003 and worked for many years in commercial law firms in Vienna (Zeiner & Zeiner, Northcote.Recht).
