He advises clients on Austrian and European competition law as well as on Austrian Foreign Direct Investment control rules, on regulatory matters in network industries and on complex disputes in civil litigation and arbitrations.

  • Representation of a large natural gas exporter relating to gas price adaptions under ICC Rules
  • Arbitration relating to long-term gas contracts in Austria under ICC Rules
