Patrick Nutz-Fallheier is an associate in the Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets practice groups.

CV
After completing his master’s degree at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Patrick Nutz-Fallheier worked as an university assistant at the Institute for Corporate and Business Law at the University of Vienna and obtained his doctorate with a thesis on the interface between corporate and capital market law. Prior to joining bpv Huegel, he worked for the Austrian Takeover Commission and advised on numerous public M&A transactions and review proceedings from a regulatory perspective.

He regularly publishes on Austrian corporate and company law and is a lecturer on capital markets law at the University of Vienna. His dissertation entitled “Delisting and Investor Protection” has won several awards, including the Award of the Banking Association.
