Anna is an associate in the Corporate / M&A practice group. She focuses on all aspects of Austrian business and corporate law and advises clients on national and cross border mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate reorganizations.

CV
Anna Zirkler studied Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (bachelor’s degree and master’s degree). In 2018 she participated in a study abroad program for her master’s degree at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid.

Anna has been with bpv Huegel since 2018.

Work highlights include advising

  • STRABAG on the € 99 mn purchase of parts of the VAMED Group (carve-out) in a consortium with PORR
  • investors and management on the sale of a majority stake in EYYES GmbH, a pioneer in artificial intelligence driving assistance solutions, to German-based Vector Informatik GmbH
  • a leading Austrian electricity company on the acquisition of a 10.15 MW wind farm in Austria
  • Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 on the sale of a stake in Energie Steiermark to the Province of Styria
